AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING REAL ESTATE TO THE CITY OF BUHLER, KANSAS

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF BUHLER, KANSAS:

 

1. That the owners of the hereinafter described real estate have consented to and petitioned for its annexation to the City of Buhler, Kansas. The written consent to said annexation is on file in the office of the City Clerk.

 

2. That the following described real estate shall be and is hereby annexed to and shall become a part of the City of Buhler, Reno County, Kansas;

 

        10114 East 82nd Avenue, Buhler, KS. – Little River Township, 0.89 Acres.
